Malcom Lucas
Co-Founder and Main Instructor, Malcolm Lucas is a Martial Arts Instructor with over 25 years of training and teaching experience. As a Martial Arts Instructor Malcolm has experience teaching various age groups ranging from school aged children to retirees. Malcolm currently holds a Seventh Degree Black Belt in Pai Lum Kung Fu. As a Martial Arts Instructor, Malcolm has experience working with many schools and enrichment programs over the years. His emphasis is on personal and spiritual integrity and having mutual respect and love for everyone. As a teacher and role model for students, Malcolm believes that his mission and purpose is clear. To help shape our society for the better, help shape people to become leaders, and believes in family/community. Malcolm currently resides in Boston, MA of with his wife Bree and their three children.
Sharon Montella
Sifu Sharon Montella holds an M.F.A. in Dance and Choreography from The Boston Conservatory, a B.A. in Dance from Butler University and is a 6th Degree Black Belt in Pai Lum Kung Fu under Sifu Clarence Cooper. She is a NASKA 2020 Virtual World Champion, KRANE National & State Division Champion in 2019 & 2020 and gold and silver medalist at ICMAC in Boston and Florida from 2016-2019. In that same year, she was accepted to join the USA Wushu Traditional Kung Fu Team. She was inducted into the Hall of Honors in Atlantic City in January of 2020. Sharon serves on the faculties of UMass Boston and Pine Manor College where she teaches dance, yoga and kung fu. She is indebted to and inspired by her teachers, colleagues and family.

Erika Lally
Erika began her martial arts studies in 1997 and holds a Third Degree Brown Belt in Pai Lum Kung Fu. She is also a student of Wing Chun, Tai Chi, Arnis and Small-Circle Ju Jitsu. Erika holds a Masters in Art Therapy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and is the owner of Center Psychotherapy (www.centerpsychotherapy.com). As a mental health provider, Erika specializes in the treatment of PTSD. She believes in the healing power inherent in the process of creativity, mindfulness and embodied movement.
